InGraData GmbH and Auto-trol Technology Corporation, which is a member of the Versata family of companies, announced today the sale of Auto-trol's Process Plant Design software, source code and copyrights to InGraData GmbH.

Auto-trol of Austin, Texas USA, is a provider of innovative solutions for Technical Illustration and Configuration Management. InGraData, based in Osnabruck, Germany, is an independent start-up company focused on providing solutions for the Process Plant Design industry.

The Process Plant Design application suite includes Vectorpipe™ for three-dimensional pipe modeling, Intelligent P&ID for process and instrumentation diagrams, Drafting for annotating and dimensioning drawings, and a range of interfaces and tools.

InGraData intends to continue development of this productive software and provide support and customization services to the exclusive list of companies using the applications.
